By creating a Halali account or using the Halali apps, you agree to these terms.

1. Account responsibility

The user who creates a farm becomes its founding owner. The founding owner is responsible for managing access to the farm — adding owners, pairing farmers, transferring founding ownership, and revoking access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use Halali for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other farms' data; (c) upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service.

3. Free tier and ads

The free tier of Halali is supported by advertising. We may display banner ads on top-level screens. We do not share your personal data with advertisers; targeting is limited to country and preferred language.

4. Intellectual property

The Halali name, brand, and software are owned by OryxCode. You retain ownership of the data you submit.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app supports offline operation; data syncs when a connection is restored.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Disclaimer

Halali is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
